Our goal is to make you happy with your stamp choice, and we will therefore replace your order, should the item(s) not be to your full satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email Customer Support at email@example.com to request a PRA (Product Return Authorization) number. Please state the reason for the requested return, and let us know which item(s) you would like to replace it with. The PRA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package, or it will be returned to you.
