How do I place an order? - After adding an item to your cart, simply click on the "Checkout" button, enter your credit card number and billing information, then specify a shipping address to which your order will be delivered. Click the "Review Order" button to confirm your order information, and click on the "Confirm" button to place your order. It''s that simple!

Do you ship internationally? - Yes we do. Simply select the items you wish to order and be sure to enter your billing and mailing address completely.

How quickly will I receive my order? - All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and are shipped in the order that they are received in. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of your order, although most orders are received sooner. All orders are shipped upon receipt of payment or once your credit card has been authorized. IdealNY.com ships orders via the U.S. Postal Service or private carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc…) for most ground and air deliveries, to help ensure the fastest possible delivery to you. Some specialty items or back order items may require additional time for delivery. You may check the status of your order by emailing our Support team at customerservice@idealny.com. In the body of your message, make sure to include your full name and address as they appear in your order summary.

What payment options are available? - We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. When ordering, please be sure to provide your exact billing name and address-- this is the name and address listed on your credit card statement, which your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Do I have to pay sales tax? - The state law requires us to collect and submit sales tax on all merchandise (including shipping fees) for orders shipped within the New Jersey State, in which we are deemed to have a physical presence.
